ENGLAND sports stars Isa Guha and Rajiv Ouseph are hoping to inspire more ethnic minority sports people to represent their country on the global stage in the lead up to London 2012, as new brand ambassadors for the Lebara British Asian Sports Awards.
To mark the tenth anniversary of the awards, Isa, the first British Asian female cricketer to play for England and Rajiv, currently ranked number one singles badminton player in the country, today flew the flag for Great Britain outside the Olympic Stadium.

LIFE has been tough for Anwar Uddin in recent months but the footballer is looking for the ultimate high this weekend.
Defender Uddin will be part of the Dagenham and Redbridge team who will be playing Rotherham United in the League Two play-off final at Wembley on Sunday (30).
Uddin has spent much of the season nursing illnesses and injuries which resulted in the 28-year-old sitting on the sidelines for five months.
But the Daggers are just 90 minutes away from getting into League One, two divisions below the Premier League.

ELVIS has topped the poll for the most iconic ‘classic’ men’s hairstyle of all time.
More than 4,000 Brits were polled on the most classic men’s haircuts of all time revealing that over 50 per cent of men agree that ‘The King’s’ famous quiff and sideburns was a cut above the rest, leaving David Beckham’s curtains and Pat Sharp’s mullet “all shook up” with just 17 per cent and 15 per cent of the votes respectively.
